Replacement and return
You have the right to replace products with products of another model or size within 14 days after receipt of the products.
If you wish to replace products, please send return form to Sammuke customer support email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer covers shipping costs.

To return products to the post office, please inform the post office employee about your wish to return the parcel and fill in the form that the post office employee gives you. You need to have saved the original sender's (OX Eesti OÜ) tag with information about customer, method of delivery and tracking number. Only in this way the product can be returned from post office at the expense of OX Eesti OÜ within the 14 days after receiving the product.
Return of products
Consumers have the right to return products within 14 days since receipt of the products. In order to return products to OX Eesti OÜ within 14 days it is necessary to fill in the return form and send it to Sammuke customer support by email email@example.com

Goods to be returned shall be in their original packaging, shall have their original labels and shall not be used.
If the order had a free delivery, in case of return client pays for the delivery on the order by e-shop price list.
OX Eesti OÜ refunds the price of the products to the bank account of the customer within 14 days after the products are delivered to OX Eesti OÜ. The refund is made to the same bank account from which the initial payment was performed.
Where there are deficiencies in the products, please without delay inform our customer support by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If Sammuke.ee is responsible for the defect, the consumer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product with a similar one without defects. Where it is impossible to replace or repair the product, the consumer has the right to demand return of the price paid for the product.
Claims can be submitted within 2 years. Claims cannot be submitted with regard to broken/damaged products.
