The order is performed immediately after the payment arrives to the bank account of OX Eesti OÜ. Time of delivery of the products within the territory of Estonia is 2-4 business days (Itella Smartpost, Omniva, post office of Eesti Post).
All orders placed online and not paid for within 24 hours are automatically cancelled.
It is also possible to order products to other European countries. The delivery fee of 20 euros or more is added to the invoice for the products ordered abroad.

Our online store allows to replace or return products free of charge within 14 days since receipt of the products. More information on replacing and returning products can be found here.
Where there are deficiencies in the products, please without delay inform our customer support by email info@sammuke.ee
If Sammuke.ee is responsible for the defect, the consumer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product with a similar one without defects. Where it is impossible to replace or repair the product, the consumer has the right to demand return of the price paid for the product.
Claims can be submitted within 2 years. Claims cannot be submitted with regard to broken/damaged products.
